If you have ordered a valance, the appropriate brackets will be clipped to the vertical track with the "arm" pointing towards you, where the valance will hang.
Make sure that the wall brackets are in place and at the right height. Check the lenght of your VariDrare® and make sure the brackets are 1/2 in. higher.
If you have a ceiling installation the ceiling brackets are secured to the ceiling with 1 1/2 in. #8 screws with anchors if necessary.

The end hooks will be placed on the end of the track. One end hook for a one-way draw, placing the end hook at the controls end of the track. Center split draws have two end hooks one for each extremity.
When your tracking system is in place, proceed with the installation by inserting your existing vanes, new vanes or VariVanes® provided into the appropriate pocket in the head band of your new VariDrape®.
Please be sure to install ONLY the second and second to last vanes into their pockets to begin. So your window should look like this....
Next proceed to install the remaining vanes, alternating from side to side, untill all but the first and last vanes are installed.The first and last vanes will be done last and should not be installed upto now.
