If you already own a vertical track that is installed, then skip this part and go to the installation section.
Here are all the possible measurements needed to assure that your new VariDrape® will be properly made.
Most of the time all you need are the window width and window height mesurements.
What we need to know is what area your VariDrape® will cover. If you wish to install the drapes on your wall you will need to know the window width (and add four inches to each side for right coverage), window height, as well as the length below the lower window frame you wish your drapes to exceed. If, for example you wish to cover to the floor, then you will need to measure the distance from the upper frame
to the floor; if you wish to stop ten(10) inches from the floor because you have a baseboard heater, then deduct the ten(10) in. from the floor to lower frame height.
If you are covering an entire wall, then you will need the total wall width and total wall height.
If you wish to cover the entire wall but leave space from the ceiling to the top of your drapes, then allow for this by deducting the appropriate number of inches from the total wall height.
